Key Responsibilities:

• Providing and interpreting financial information. 
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk. 
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. 
• Assist in conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. 
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out. 
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g,. auditors, lawyers,  banks etc. 
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines. 
• Monitor the budgets management, and supervising staff. 
• Performing the tasks related to payroll, VAT, taxation & online taxation 
• Keeping side by side changes in financial regulations and legislation. 

Required skills/Competencies:

• At least 3 years of post-graduate experience in finance/accounting roles with strong knowledge in finance and accounting.
• Master’s degree in business with a concentration preferably in finance, accounting, economics or similar areas.
• Proficiency in BI software is a plus.
• Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
• Clearance of a certain level(s) of professional examination like CA/ACCA/CFA is a plus.
• Experienced in Bookkeeping, strong background and work experience in Finance. 
• Knowledge of tax and other compliance implications. 
• Strong experience in income statement analysis. 
• Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. 
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
